We booked for a non smoking room but the smell of cigarette is so strong. The worst of of all, roaches are all over the place. Your suites need a complete fumigation. Further, nobody is cleaning the room. We have to take our garbage by ourselves. The stove is dead. Your air conditioner is so old and very dirty, noisy and eaten by rust. I have to cover it wirh a towel because I can't stand looking at it!

Housekeeping left much to be desired. Without being too graphic, the toilet wasn"t cleaned properly.

The location was good.
We had a roach in our room and I didn't like the fact that the internet connection was free but you had to have your own ethernet cable.... Tha'ts ghetto. We had asked for towels and didn't get them til hours later and we didn't have any rolls of tissue in our room at all, we had to buy our own...

the fact that their pictures on the computer did not match what they have actually listed. their place was full of roaches, and it wasnt nice at all to sleep or stay.
