The hotel offers high-speed free internet in the rooms. The bathroom is well-equipped with all necessary amenities. The food at the hotel, especially the non-veg Indian dishes, is excellent.
Receptionists could be more friendly and accommodating.

Location. That's it.
Staff were lousy. I booked for a suite size room. They tried to put us in a standard twin bed, normal room. Definitely not smiley staff. Glad we were just staying 1 nite. We only stayed here because we were in Delhi for 1nite and had to go back to the airport the next day for a domestic flight. I strongly recommend the Radisson hotel which is much better than this and just next door.

We were there for just 3 days to attend an event. This hotel is close to airport and quite comfortable and value for money. Staff was kind and attended promptly.
Food was not to our liking.

Proximity to the airport
The room smelt of smoke, it was on the main freeway and hence noisy. The reception staff were most unhelpful.

This hotel is near the airport and their pick-up service is reliable
Except for the proximity to the airport and the reliable pickup service, this hotel is quite basic for the money you pay here.

We recently stayed in a hotel close to the airport. The location was brilliant, with only a short ride on the metro to the domestic terminal. The rooms were clean, well-appointed, and the en-suite bathrooms were fantastic. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. We also appreciated the room service which was quick and provided delicious food.
That the rooms were a bit small for a family with children.

That it was close to the airport, as we had to leave the next day with another flight. The room is large, and has a separate corner where to sit and have tea, which is convenient. The shower was also large and clean.
The staff. The most unfriendly staff I encountered while travelling in India. The atmosphere in the hotel is below zero. The TV only showed channels with 'snow' - I don't care that much about tv, but if you offer it, make sure the quality is alright. The hotel is overpriced, I guess they profit from their location.

The hotel is in a convenient location near the international airport, making it a great choice for travelers needing quick access to their flights. The hotel is only a 10-minute drive away.
Despite a few minor hiccups, overall, this hotel provided a satisfactory experience.

The bed was reasonable. The toilet facility and hot water worked as they should. The flat screen TV was ok except that there were only 3 English channels. The Wifi worked.
The wooden floor in the first room was dusty, the furniture were scratched and old. I moved to a suite room because it was carpeted. suite room came with a jacuzzi but i could not get it to work. The Rate is high for such a hotel and the 3 star rating is obviously one that is self-proclaimed. I would give it 1 star. As for the buffet breakfast that came the stay, I believe you can get better breakfast by walking out to the streets and getting it from the roadside stalls. I ordered room service and the drinks came after one hour followed by the food another 15mins later.

I was in between flights. It was a 10-15 min drive from the international airport, in such a big city it was not bad. There was free internet and the staff was very helpfull. Very clean rooms and very good beds-
The room had no windows and was a bit noisy, I think there was public works going on, I'm not sure if inside the hotel or not. For the purpose and cost it was a good option.
