The hotel is located in a peaceful suburb, away from the hustle and bustle of the historic center. The rooms have character, with comfy beds and good bathrooms. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the staff made a delicious cappuccino.
All was satisfactory, no improvements necessary.

This is really a wonderfull place - the building itself is so nice! The courtyard is wonderfull and everything is very clean. Beds were really comfortable, rest of the room is basic but in very good condition. It is within convenient walking distance of the center of Pisa - on the walk to the center you will find nice places to eat and do some shopping, but also nice buildings. The hotel itself is great, especially when you take into account what you pay for it. Breakfast is good, staff is friendly.
Some personnel didn´t speak English, so we had to wait a bit before we could check out. But that was just a small problem; took only about 15 minutes longer.

We arrived in Pisa quite late in the day, so having a 24-hour check-in facility was useful for us. The rooms are quite basic, just as you'd expect from a former monastery. Ours had a very modern en-suite bathroom, a good size, & we never experienced any problems with the hot water supply. The room was quiet & our sleep undisturbed. The hotel staff were very friendly & the free map of Pisa was invaluable. The buffet breakfast was adequate. We ate dinner with a bottle of wine at the hotel, which was superb value for money. we didn't find a better pizza during the rest of our 2 weeks at various locations across Italy. The location is excellent. Everything (the sights, the river, the station, the airport) is within easy walking distance - or just a few Euros in a taxi.
Take your own towels. Those supplied in the bathroom are paper-thin & barely adequate. We only stayed for 2 nights, having flown to Pisa on our way to Florence. Once you have seen the Tower, the Duomo & the Arno there's not a lot else to do in Pisa. We wouldn't haved wanted to stay any longer - although the hotel itself is really nice. The hotel is in right in the flightpath of the airport. Not a problem, as there are no night-flights - as long as you don't want a lie-in!! (The church bells start at the same time as the first flight of the day - about 7.30am-ish).

We stayed in a fabulous renovated monastery, so close to the center of Pisa. The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance to everything that we wanted to see. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The staff provided excellent service and were friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered a good selection of food and the courtyard was a beautiful place to enjoy it.
The noise from the street outside was quite bothersome at night.

Really lovely place to stay. Wonderful atmosphere. Breakfast under cover in the cloisters was not only delicious but a beautifully calm start to a busy day of culture vulturing in Pisa. We borrowed a brolly which was very useful as it tipped with rain soon after we set off.
Nothing. No complaints at all.

This hotel is a hidden gem! the staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Secondly, the hotel itself is a converted monastery, giving it a unique and charming atmosphere. The rooms, although basic, had character with comfy beds and good bathrooms. Lastly, the breakfast was a delight. We particularly loved the cappuccino which was top-notch.
Everything was perfect, couldn't fault a thing.

The monestery dated back hundreds of years, the architecture is stunning. It was 10 minutes from the airport to the hotel. Its put you in a different centuary. The linen sheets were supurb. Rooms are plainly furnished but everything works. Would not hesitate to return. 9 Euro Taxi ride from airport.

Converted from a historic building, the hotel had a great ambiance. The staff were very courteous and helpful. The hotel is located in a safe area with a good walking distance from the town center. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast and the comfortable and cozy room with a great view.
Wireless internet access was not working well and was only available in specific areas. The shower pressure was low and the bathroom had an unusual smell.

The hotel is a peaceful and unique site that makes for a very interesting stay. We loved the beautiful cloister. The location is outside of the main drag, but not far to walk and you can get some idea of Pisa that most tourists will not see. The room is basic but comfortable enough and was very spacious. Getting to the hotel from the train station was easy by bus, but it is easy to overshoot the stop to get off necessitating a backtrack walk which was a bother with luggage. We opted to get to the airport by taxi rather than the bus and train route, and it was only 14 euros for three of us, and worth the extra cost for the convenience.

Conveniently located near major attractions and public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. The breakfast had a good variety of options and was filling. The staff was friendly and welcoming.
The room was quite small and lacked some basic amenities, like a mini-fridge. The noise level from the street and neighboring rooms was sometimes disturbing.

Very friendly staff. Interesting building and very convenient location. Well priced. Very good breakfast. Interesting guests.
Noise from airplanes. The hotel is directly located in the path of departing airplanes from Pisa airport. Nothing the hotel can do about.
