The location of the hotel was great, very peaceful and quiet. The breakfast had a lot of variety, and it was all very fresh. One of the best things about this hotel was the spa, which had great facilities that satisfied my needs.
The rooms were not of 3-star quality, let alone 5-star as advertised. The staff was friendly but there weren't enough of them and they didn't always seem well-trained. Housekeeping left a lot to be desired. There were some unclean areas and trash was not frequently collected.

The view of the sea was outstanding from my room, and I was amazed by the hotel facilities, including the swimming pool and the freestanding bath in the room. The pool area needs improvement, as it was not well kept, and the surrounding area had weeds and grass. The breakfast menu was limited and no warm option was available.
