every time in koh tao, i choose this place. the location is great, specially if you want to stay close to restaurants and cafés. there's plenty of cafés and restaurants in the vicinity. the hotel offers plenty of food that was appetising.

The hotel is in a great location, very close to Sairee beach but not right next to all the bars, so it's quiet and peaceful. The staff at the hotel were fantastic and always went out of their way to help, especially Tihö at the reception. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a large balcony to relax on. Breakfast was included and a great start to the day.
The noise from the motorbike repair shop across the road and the loud rooster in the neighborhood could be bothersome.

Our New Year stay was a total disappointment. The lack of cleanliness with ants and mosquitoes everywhere was very frustrating.
