Amazing and beautiful location in a most convenient area over looking water, you can walk everywhere. Amicable personnel is upon explaining our situation. It offers free and great breakfasts at the coffee club.

Well, it was a nice stay for 3 nights. Liked the room with spa bath, my bed was exceptionally comfortable.

It has excellent friendly staff team upon explaining our situation. The rooms are beautifully presented and well laid out and include a microwave oven, an electric kettle and a refrigerator.

Everything was modern, great breakfast. The location was stunning for walking around Clarke Place Park. Everything met expectation, I would return there.

Property was exceptionally comfortable, we loved this place.

Hotel's room was well-equipped with a spectacular view of the ocean. The room design was modern and the beds were comfortable.

The hotel was pretty and great, our room was brand-new, really enjoyed it. Booked a room with glorious views of the sea. The staff was outstandingly accommodating and delivered amazing service. The location was marvellous and gorgeous - a short walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Kings Beach district was worth exploring. We had the most wonderful few days there...

The hotel staff was a little grumpy.

As bike riders, we were delighted by the secure parking facilities at Rumba. The complimentary coffee and croissants were a lovely touch, and the option of a 3pm check out for an extra $50 was really great. The room had a good view of the water/river, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was also fantastic, with Bulcock Beach right across the road. we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend it to anyone.

We felt very welcomed and had no reason to complain about our stay.

that it said it was ocean view apartments and all I saw was the tops of trees.

I was offered a room with wonderful views of the ocean. The food was good and there where variety of dishes in the menu. Location: the hotel was right by the Rumba Beach Resort, restaurants and cafes and a good beach, and the Sunday markets.

Unfourtunately due to work commitments, we had to leave early so we weren't able to use all of the hotels facilities.

Many things to mention - everything was clean, nice food, delightful views. We stayed in a premium apartment and really enjoyed a large bathroom. The service was great as we had expected. Very central location was a plus. And it was steps away from the beach. This place was ideal for a perfect stay, do recommend.

We had a wonderful time at the beachfront resort. The big, roomy apartment was done to a high standard with great views over the beach. Access from the car parks to the lift to the apartment was so easy. The pools were amazing and the cafes under the complex were a convenient addition. The location couldn't have been better, just a minute's walk to the beach, restaurants, and cafes. I highly recommend this hotel for a great vacation experience.

We loved our room (no.313) - gorgeous complete ocean-view room... perfect!

Only 1 small complaint and that was the fridge in the room. Was malfunctioning and constantly beeped from day 2. It was the only thing that we didn't like.

the pool facilities and room were excellent

they could have provided small luxuries like bathrobes in the rooms and it is very expensive
