When we visit Innsbruck, like staying here. Nice looking and beautifully decorated place all in all, has incredibly friendly staff especially at the reception desk. Make sure you stay in the deluxe queen room with the view of the mountain. Incredible and particularly good location, a train station is a short walk to the hotel.

The breakfast has delicious options with good coffee and bacon, for instance. The location is stunning, close to the shops, old town and railway station, and all the buses and trains in the area.

Rooms are large and normal double with mirrors, toiletries, for instance, food is brilliant. The location is great, 2 km from an abandoned funicular. The hotel has got a magnificent restaurant...

It's nicely decorated with very clean beds and astonishing views. The hotel's location is the best and the staff are professional.

Truly enjoyed the place, had a perfectly pleasant stay for 5 nights. The staff were competent and the design was modern. Plenty of meals for breakfast, it was above average and rich. Everything was simply fantastic.

Excellent quality and beautifully decorated hotel, it has affable staff in particular receptionist. The venue is in the central location right in the center of town. When I am in Innsbruck, I like staying here.

The restaurant was magnificent for dinner, I tried warm dishes. The bed was very comfy and there were central heating, an electronic key card, and coffee/tea making facilities to use.

The setting was quite marvellous within easy reach of a shaded beer garden. There were a small grocery store and a grocery shop around the hotel.

Excellent staff and large breakfast with a wide range of options. Normal double and good-sized rooms with a gorgeous view of the mountains! Magnificent, beautiful location right next to Old Town.

Spacious room with stylish bathroom and antique decor. Great staff, offered fridge and storage for food. Convenient location, close to city center. Wonderful mountain hotel atmosphere. Will definitely return!
