Delicious and delightful breakfast, best ever had, with delicious fresh baked breads. The staff were welcoming and very-very nice in case of questions. Location: the hotel was just off the river walk around river Ness recommended by the receptionist.

A nice size and well-equipped unit with views. Perfect location in the very comfortable area, close to Ireland and Scotland for nearly 3 weeks.

We appreciated rooms with a stunning downstairs bathroom. The location was in a great and fantastic spot for our trip.

The accommodation had a central location to The Highlands. Moreover, it was so close to the Rocpool Reserve and the river walk around river Ness.

The service was terrific, generally, it was a luxury and special place to stay. The hotel had a good restaurant with welcoming staff.

Wi-Fi was bad, made me a little nervous.

Had a delicious and delightful breakfast, greatly enjoyed the meal. The location was particularly good and magnificent, for example, Cavell Gardens was within easy walking distance of the hotel.

My room was neat with a luxurious bathroom. Its magnificent, central location was a plus.

The staff were very pleasant and amazingly nice without being intrusive. I ate at a fabulous restaurant with welcoming staff. The food was fantastic - a wide range of options.

All in all they offer exemplary service. The rooms are reasonably spacious and trendy with a wonderful double shower in the en suite and our experience is great. Kind and obliging staff as one would expect.

The hotel's position was marvellous and incredible, just off the hill above the river in Inverness, both the pub and restaurant and the Chez Roux restaurant. It was a 10-15 minute walking distance from Hilton Chip Shop, serving fast food.

I booked new-fashioned and unique room with all the necessities as well as the bedroom. All of the staff members were very, very nice and exceptional. The hotel was in a central location close to the centre of Inverness.

Really enjoyed my excellant stay in February. It was new-fashioned, trendy and with a stunning downstairs bathroom. The location turned out to be marvellous, adjacent to both the pub and restaurant, and the room/restaurant.

As for me, the area was unattractive.
