The folks working here were extremely friendly and amiable. The room with a double bed. It was very handy to have an electric kettle and a refrigerator.

The hotel had a beautiful facade with a clean reception and efficient lifts. Room cleaning was offered, and the hotel was soundproof, except for the front door. The room offered a great view from the window and amenities such as Korean cable TV and a refrigerator. The hotel was well known to taxi drivers and had a great location with main markets, shopping districts, and attractions within walking distance.

The rooms were spotless, especially those with clean towels and a single bed, for example. The location of the property was favourable and unbeatable, by good restaurants. Dined at Hanseu Deli, it was at a moderate distance from the venue.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Jeju for a conference and was pleasantly surprised by my experience. The staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing me to change rooms and providing excellent customer service even after check out. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with nice amenities like a fridge and kettle. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with many attractions within walking distance. The hotel also had convenient features like a vending machine with affordable drinks and free water machines in the hallways. I had a great stay and would definitely choose this hotel again for future visits.

Great location, but I hope the staff can learn some English. , it's impressive how they managed to renovate every single area except the ones I needed. Brilliant. Need to work harder on cleanliness. Bugs, no smiles, no knife for fruit cutting. But hey, at least there are lots of cafes and restaurants nearby! Big disappointment. Old, decrepit, terrible bathrooms, no wifi, no air conditioning. But hey, great location! Hotel is OK. Small rooms, but value for the price. No need for A/C. Convenient location, mini-mart nearby. Just make sure you have GPS, because who needs tourist information anyway?
