Fantastic hotel with very good wi-fi, the location was beautiful between the river. Reasonably large room and a sitting area, an iron, and a kettle inside. Incredibly welcoming employees from your receptionist. Location short walk to the restaurants, and the national park.

We were in a hurry, so stayed here only for 3 nights, even so everything was perfect. The breakfast was enjoyable with food being replenished on a regular basis, the sausages plus black pudding, so much to pick from. The staff was extremely great and really kind and created family atmosphere.

The venue is pleasant, fairly clean and the location is marvellous and brilliant close to a super Gallery and the museum, center, and centre of Kendal. The breakfast is really tasty and enjoyable, I enjoyed it. Would stay here again!

Suitable for one night. Brilliant pool, spotless and airy rooms with stunning views all around. Marvellous and brilliant location next to the river in the middle of the town, and only about 5 minutes' walk to Kendal centre.

Exceptionally comfortable hotel in a pretty quiet area not far from all the restaurants, the bar / bistro, and the town and Windermere & Coniston. Recently refurbished room and decent sized with all requirements. Outstanding meal at in-house restaurant.
