Past 11 pm the key has to be found in an other location in the North of London (30 min away)

The location was good, near to London Bridge station. The apartment offered plenty of space and was very well equipped.
You have to collect the keys for the apartment from a different address. I had loads of luggage so had to take a taxi from London Bridge to the office then on to the apartment. This wasn't ideal. I was also asked to pay a £150 deposit on the room which I had not been made aware of in advance of booking the room.
