Fabulous hotel in a great and brilliant location with mountain view. Vintage and well-designed rooms with a balcony and a lounge area. Welcoming staff interactions. A lot of options for plentiful breakfast.

Fabulous and clean place, everything was wonderful. All the staff was super, settled my issues. I was upgraded to brilliant and nice suite with a view of the mountain.

Gorgeous, fairly clean place with marvellous views. Great location to the buses which take you to all the resorts, and 5 minute walk from Aiguille du Midi. Plentiful and very good breakfast with a lot of delicacies and incredibly nice staff.

The lovely bathroom and romantic room. Very comfy bed and very helpful staff.

The stay was very pleasant. The hotel was quirky and clean, it had free wi-fi, its location was ideal in the heart of the town.

I spent 1 night here and thoroughly enjoyed that. Breakfast was plentiful, marvellous views, super location adjacent to bus station from Geneva and the local station, the key city center bus stop, and the centre of Chamonix...

I traveled to Chamonix alone for the first time and stayed at Hotel Richemond. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helped me plan my sightseeing activities. The location is perfect, right in the city center, with shops, bars, and restaurants within walking distance. The room itself had a cozy vintage feel and the views of the mountains from the window were outstanding. The hotel is well-renovated and comfortable, and the free private parking is a great bonus.

Would highly recommend this hotel.

It was a great value for the money. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast in the hotel was more than we expected and very good!

I prefer to take showers as opposed to baths and the room we had did not have a shower curtain. It did have a hand-held shower head but it wasn't possible to take a real shower without making a mess.

Genuine, old world, gracious, personal service - right down to real- person manned wake-up calls in the morning.

I thoroughly enjoyed that it was fairly clean and charming, the staff were fantastic and rooms were fantastic. I was offered a room with wonderful views of the mountain. A bathtub was nice and everything was wonderful.

Liked Chamonix, the hotel was great value and quaint in the city center. The breakfast at the place was plentiful and excellent with a fantastic view.

The staff - INCREDIBLE and incredibly nice. Location not far from the main pedestrian street in the heart of Chamonix, restaurants and shops and the Sud bus station. For shots visit The Pub, nestled within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel.
