Hotel's staff was amicable all the time.

The hotel's location is fantastic, it's close to all main sights, the airport, and the water bus. The room was beautiful and historical, with handy amenities like central heating, coffee/tea makers, and a work desk.- The food at the hotel was good, overall a pleasant stay.

The location is great and fabulous. the staff is splendid and the check-in process was smooth. - the room is spacious, with Venetian style decor, a large bathroom, and amenities like a hairdryer.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel San Maurizio. The location was perfect, with all the main attractions just a short walk away. The hotel had a traditional style and the room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and the hot water in the shower was always available. The 24-hour reception and hidden hotel door added to the feeling of security. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. I had a great experience at Hotel San Maurizio.

We stayed at this charming hotel for a few days and it was perfect for our needs. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and beautifully decorated, and it matched the pictures exactly. We loved the separate entrance in the evenings, which added a personal touch. The location was convenient and everything we needed was close by. The breakfast was simple but satisfying, and we appreciated the self-serve coffee, juice, and yogurt.

The location was very good, close to St Marks and L'Accademia. Great gelateria and pizza shop right next door. Triple room was big and very clean. Breakfast was very basic.

Not enough towel hanging space. Terrible matress on fold out bed, had to request a new one. No internet access.

The hotel's location was absolutely perfect, just a stone's throw away from San Marco square. We were able to easily explore all the main attractions of the city on foot. Good location for shopping and sightseeing - just 5 minutes walking from San Marco square and streets full of different shops (mostly luxury brends, but some mid-range too).

Quite scanty breakfast. Payed internet (2 euro for 1 hour or 5 euros for 5 hours). Narrow stairs and no lift - it is difficult to raise heavy suitcases into your room.
