New-fashioned, en suite room with temporary heater, a bar plus the largest bedroom, and helpful staff. Lots of food available in the café. Location - magnificent, so close to shops & restaurant and First Direct Arena.

The room we had included well enough space and air conditioning. Friendly professional and very professional staff plus the breakfast was free of charge. Location: the hotel was so close to centre and fabulous view overlooking the christmas tree, great restaurants, and the main areas in the city.

A nice size room with excellant facilities and a decent sized bed plus the bedroom, the stuff was fabulously helpful, whenever I needed help. A microwave, an electric kettle, and refrigerators worked well.
