Well-organized congress, comfortable room, great amenities, delicious buffet options, helpful staff, convenient location.

Can't fault anything about it.

This hotel is quite pleasant, friendly and polite staff, breakfast was good, very good swimming pool, the only minus was its location, nothing interesting around and far from the center of the city, and for tourists it is very important fact, and by the way, we didn't see any lake from the hotel, not from our room and not from the "lake view restaurant".

Poor English, bad location, taxi drivers don't know this hotel as it is new and we had a problem to get in from the airport and even from the center. Very quite, no people, no music, bar, everything is closed in the evening.

Congress well-organized, nice coffee break tables with fresh fruits. Hotel nicely decorated, spacious room, comfortable bed with lots of pillows and perfect thickness duvet. Spacious toilet/washroom, nice amenities. Buffet lunch and breakfast with huge amount of both western and Chinese options plus dim sum. Wi-Fi ok, a little slow at times, Bing works fine. Complimentary water bottles.

Rooms were great, clean and very large, goo service from concierge through to porters. Very friendly, excellent breakfast selection. Great pool and gym facilities. Do stay here if you can - only 2GBP in taxi to Forbidden City and other main attractions

Staff very helpful and friendly in all areas, fantastic pool / gym / spa facilities. Very clean, spacious rooms. A perfect place to recharge and relax and good location for going out for food and main sights in Beijing. Really recommended.

Very nice swimming pool. Unlike in many other hotels this one is suitable for swimming. Small sauna room is nice and made in Finland :) Very nice breakfast.

I did book a non-smoking room from Booked.net but got a regular smoking room. Booked.net's or hotel's mistake, I don't know, but in the morning I which I had changed my room.

I recently attended a well-organized congress at this hotel and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The coffee breaks were a delightful treat with fresh fruits and the hotel itself was beautifully decorated. The spacious room had a comfortable bed with plenty of pillows and a perfect duvet. The bathroom had all the amenities I needed. The buffet lunch and breakfast had a wide variety of options, both Western and Chinese, including delicious dim sum. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and spoke English fluently. a great experience at a reasonable price.

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

Gentle staff with good English skills. Very comfortable room with enough space to move around. Wifi internet is complimentary and that is perfect when you are on a business trip.

My bathroom was not perfectly clean when I first arrived, but I can say I am extremely demanding with cleaning, so I may not be a standard. Also, the breakfast could have more options for foreigners.

There is an airconditioning at the hotel room but is not effective. It was very hot inside.

It was great enjoying the Easter holiday with my family. The staff was courteous and helpful. They offered complementary food and drinks, which was a nice touch. The location was great since it was not far from most attractions and eateries, which made it easy to get around.

Our stay at the hotel was not ideal. The rooms were not as clean as expected, and the bathroom was not well maintained.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable with an amazing view of the lake and garden. Plus it wasn't that far from the middle of the city. The staff were really helpful as well.

At night the area was quiet and dark.

I enjoyed my stay at the Radegast lake view hotel because of the following Location, prompt and friendly service, very luxurious and cost friendly. A must stay.

I wish I could have stayed longer.
