We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, close to many great restaurants and shops. We also appreciated the convenience of car hire and 24-hour room service. The staff, from the manager down to the bell staff and housekeeping, were all incredibly friendly and welcoming. They made us feel right at home! The amenities in the rooms were top-notch, with ironing facilities, air conditioning, and comfortable sitting areas. And the dining restaurant had delicious halal food that was a treat for our taste buds. We also enjoyed the leisure sauna and outdoor swimming pool facilities.

We would highly recommend this venue to all our family and friends.

The favourable and absolutely incredible location was extremely close to The Gold Centre. There were a market and shopping centers around the hotel.

I had a huge room with a clean bathroom and a satisfactory breakfast. Location: magnificent, really close to the main bus terminal in Sharjah, restaurants, shopping and parks, and Near shops.

We got room with comfortable decor and a modern bathroom to relax. Its location was magnificent, not far from the shops, several good restaurants and the shopping center.

The hotel has a great location, with easy access to shops and restaurants nearby. The view from the rooftop terrace is breathtaking. The breakfast was good, with plenty of options to choose from. The pool area was clean and well-maintained, which we appreciated as young holiday goers.

hotel staff are helfull and welcomming you when u arrive. they upgrade my reservation to include breakfast. welcoming juice and basket of fruit we found in the room. the room is clean and space is good.

Had an amazing Easter break! Loved the comfy beds and pillows, so cozy that we slept like babies. The pool and gym were fantastic, great to burn off all those extra holiday calories. the complementary breakfast buffet was a delight. So many delicious options to choose from, definitely worth waking up early for.

The internet was a bit of a headache, especially when travelling with friends. We were told that only one internet card would be provided, which caused some frustration and an argument with one of the staff members.

The receptionist single-handedly handled the night shift with ease, providing EXCEPTIONAL customer service. We were pleasantly surprised to be given a room that exceeded our expectations. The Filipino staff members were incredibly hospitable and approachable. The breakfast spread was diverse and catered well to Western preferences, offering healthy options like fruits, salads, bread, porridge. It would have been even better if they included fried rice, chicken, bacon, or fried eggs.
