The friendly and helpful staff added to the overall positive experience. I also loved the convenient location, very close to Sapanca Lake and in the heart of the city center.

This hotel was the worst experience I've ever had. The curtains were torn, the bed was uncomfortable, and the room was dirty.

We arrived at Ramada after a long drive and were greeted warmly by the friendly staff. They quickly checked us in and ensured that we got the spacious king suite with a connecting room that we had booked. The room was clean and comfortable, although the duvet cover was a bit small. We requested additional duvets and pillows, and although there was a mix-up at first, the staff promptly rectified the situation. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent, with a variety of options to choose from. The internet speed was good and we enjoyed the balcony on the 3rd floor. we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel to others.

My stay during New Year's has been fantastic, I enjoyed the warm welcome and the wonderful complementary drinks and sweets. The hotel has a great location near the city center and transportation centers. the hotel has an amazing gym with state-of-the-art equipment that I really loved.

The heat and air circulation system in the room was not that good, which made it uneasy to stay in the room for a long time. the hotel did not have a wide variety of food options, which was not enough to satisfy my cravings for different meals.

The Spa & wellness centre was top-notch with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, steam room, and Turkish bath. The massage we received was excellent, and we also enjoyed spending time in the spa lounge. The garden area was beautiful and well-maintained, a perfect spot to unwind after a long day. The restaurant served delicious food with a vast buffet selection for breakfast, including special diet menus.

The only minor issue we experienced was the language barrier with the staff. While we completely understand that English isn't the native language, it would have been helpful to have at least one person fluent in English to communicate efficiently.
