The room was reasonably spacious and included a hair dryer, an iron, and tea/coffee. The hotel had a central location to get the monorail to the airport. Besides, it was not far from the public areas as well as the NEC and Resorts World Arena.

Inclusive and hot breakfast with a good choice of options, recently refurbished and reasonably clean place. Practical and top location in an adequate area walking distance to a cinema and a theatre. Set walking distance to restaurants and bars, hard-working and customer-oriented staff.

Everything was good, nice staff, pleasant views of the garden. The rooms were cheap and huge, equipped with an iron, a safe, and tea and coffee.

Exceptionally comfortable bed in twin/double room with a heating system, an iron, and a sofa. Marvellous and fab location near the railway station, and 5 minute walk from National Exhibition Centre.

Functional and fairly clean hotel with very attentive and really helpful staff during shift. Well laid out, air-conditioned room, fast Wi-Fi.

Reasonably priced hotel for overnight stay. Functional-style building, a nice size and nicely furnished rooms with coffee and good climate control, as example. Inclusive and warm breakfast at a cheaper rate; amazingly helpful staff. Ideal location with a train station close to the property.

The location was marvellous, you can visit Genting Arena by walking. The staff were understanding, welcoming, would stay here again.

I had a great breakfast and it had a wide array of food. My room was spacious, with an iron, tea/coffee, and heating. Favourable central location just off the main restaurants and the Festival. Also, the property was 2 miles away from a motorcycle museum.

Loved our 1 night stay. Our location was perfect and fab near to the train station making travelling easier. Stayed in extremely pleasant double room with an extra pillow.

It had very poor beds, maybe it was bad luck.

Well, Wi-Fi was very spotty.

A nice size units with a large comfortable bed, shower, as for instance, especially helpful employees. Incredibly comfortable and easy location to get to popular Bickenhill attractions thanks to the train station close to the hotel.

I truly enjoyed this great and enchanting hotel and would love to go back. It was fairly clean with excellant customer service. The property was placed in the central location in the NEC area. A cool bonus was nearby Pret a Manger, that offered tea and coffee.

Views appeared to be awful.

It has incredible and lovely location in the main area of the airport. And it's nestled in a nice building near to nec/lg arena, the NEC/airport/railway and the bar / restaurant. The staff are nice and understanding people on shift in the evening.

Well laid out room with an iron, climate control, and a couch. Good value for an inclusive continental breakfast at 15 pounds for 3 courses.
