The location was convenient and perfect, close to shops, in the quiet area. The staff were all genuinely helpful, competent. They provided a lot of delightful choices for breakfast that was included.

A little rude staff!

Its location was peaceful and historic, short walk to the St George's Pub as well as shops and bars. It also was in Solihull town centre.

The staff - some of them were very unfriendly.

The rooms were huge and newly renovated with the garden, nothing to complain about. A coffee machine and a fridge were an advantage.

It had perfect location near to the superb shopping centre, the church in Solihull and town Center. It was a few steps away from Carluccio's, where you can have lunch.

The location was comfortable and absolutely perfect for walking around Touchwood Shopping Centre. We were moved to a double room and had a safe box, central heating, and an iron.
