The breakfast was good, exactly what we required. This accommodation had a central setting in everythings.

The location is perfect, right in front of a beautiful garden with a children's play area. It's also in the centre, close to the airport and everything you need. The service from the staff is top-notch, and the rooms are comfortable with nice beds and quality amenities.

It was a very bad experience at Ramada Hotel, from my arrival, problems with the credit card, they requested me to pay in advance, but in a very unfriendly way. I cannot believe this Hotel how keep its 5 stars, because is nearly 3. It is not located in the capital Buraidyah, be careful!! It is 25 Km. From it!!! The service never answered me on the phone, and I had to go more than once to reception to ask for towels, to ask for somebody to fix the lights, etc.. the minibar empty and unplugged and no amenities. How could I say something positive? The worst in the room is the air conditioning system, where the air is coming from the ceiling just over your heads on the bed.... Impossible!! Please, try to avoid this Hotel if the destiny carry you on to this bored area of ksa.

The best thing in this hotel was the friendly staff and easy access to the hotel.

I don't think this hotel deserve to be 5 stars hotel. it still needs improvement in the area of room equipments and furniture. Anyway, it is good to have this level in this city.

The location is close to the airport, easy access to Madena road. Clean, spacious rooms with new furniture. Front desk staff was extremely friendly and professional. Good buffet breakfast with helpful and friendly staff.
