Charming old place, I truly enjoyed best personnel.

I had reasonably priced room with 2 beds. The breakfast on real plates with real silver. This accommodation was in the central location in a quaint town. Had some takeout meals at Domino's Pizza, set feet from the hotel, I could n't resist.

A great and absolutely charming hotel with charming employees with the customer service of Frontdesk staff. Great and lovely location relatively near an arts theater.

Newly decorated and exquisite rooms with amazing beds, crummy walls, GREAT breakfasts. Location - good and perfect so close to the Queensbury for approximately 20 years, so many great restaurants and the 26 Bistro.

The room was been elegantly restored keeping historical feel with modern updates and available with the blinds down. As for me, the location was particularly good and perfect, close to nearby Glens Falls and the Queensbury, local restaurants and cute shops and options for dining.

The room was well-appointed and reasonably priced and with a great view to the park. It was based in lovely building in an unbeatable location, near excellent restaurants.

It's clean small hotel with elegant staff and an amazing location. The room is absolutely gorgeous and delightful and the bed is exceptionally comfortable.

Perfect location quite a walk from city center. Recently refurbished room and great views, exceptionally comfortable bed.

The room was attractive, it was immaculate. The food on offer at continental breakfast was reasonably priced.

Spotless and modern place, has great views to the park. Its location is particularly good and perfect, next to a performing arts theater. It's in a beautiful building in the pet friendly area...

by and large, it was good home base for sightseeing in glens falls, had much fun and met superbly friendly and affable staff with the customer service of frontdesk staff. the bar was pretty delightful.

In general, I enjoyed my new-fashioned room and nice design. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the bedroom was good.

Spotless, modern hotel with nice decor; the location is ideal in the center of Glens Falls. It is reasonably priced. Everyone who works in the property is absolutely excellent and best.

The location of this hotel is excellent, as it is within walking distance to all downtown attractions. The convenience of being able to explore the shops and restaurants nearby is a major plus. The hotel is also situated across the street from a beautiful park, and it is so close to the Cool arena where there is always a lot of activity happening. The rooms are clean and quiet, with comfortable beds and the option for early check-in. Guests also have the opportunity to enjoy live music in the lobby and excellent food and cocktails.

The size of the bathroom could be a downside, as they are small and may not be suitable for those who require more space.

The amenities were very nice ie swimming pool,restaurant/pub and entertainment also the staff was efficient and friendly and up to date with full service wifi all in all was nice hotel

There was no vent or fan in the bathroom!!!!!!!?? The rug was stained in need of good shampoo or new rug. We went on Columbus day so because that's a holiday weekend you can't have sit down breakfast with fresh food cooked as you order instead they offer buffet with precooked and warmed food very disappointed but the real problem was one of our beds sagged right in middle of the bed and for that reason we will not be visiting this hotel again how do you get 3stars with mattresses that sag in middle?????

Modern and spotless property with good service and wonderful value. Modern and airy room with a king bed. Super-friendly and absolutely excellent staff; early check in.
