Overall it was a really nice stay during my visit. I were in a great and practical location not too far from Corniche el Manara.

Comfortable bed in the suite, plus a living room, a kitchenette, and a chair. The location perfect and convenient in the centre of shopping & restaurants area. Really close to Hamra shopping street, Hamra has to offer and shopping centers.

Thanks very much for a nice stay, greatly enjoyed it. The breakfast we ordered was delicious and excellent. The staff was very kind and courteous and helped with the public parking. The location of the hotel was very central, just off Up to 20 $ from airport and the Center of AlHamra. Hamra district was worth staying in.

The hotel had a very central setting near many shopping outlets. Moreover, it's right by many good restaurants, lively at night, the centre of shopping & restaurants area, and Beyrouth. Our room was absolutely perfect and warm, equipped with many English channels and a tub, for instance.

For us it was ideal.

The hotel was exceptional and well priced, enjoyed city view from our queen suite. Everything was very good, nonetheless a few employees were not very friendly...

Since I booked online & with only 5 reviews I was abit worried, but apparently there was no need for all my concerns, as I was very impressed and pleased with almost everything, staff were very nice,polite,helpful & efficient. Allowing my friends to park in the valet, waiting under the rain to stop me a taxi, advising me on the cheapest ways to get around. The hotel was spotless, nice decor "cozy",comfortable beds. Great Food as well.

Lack of some of the things mentioned in the rooms, like an iron,hair dryer, but was provided with as soon as I requested them. One of my disappointments was having no bathtub, as I thought every room had bathtubs or even jaccuzi's as mentioned. And finally having no instructions on how to make phone calls, first night I had to go down to the reception to ask for a hairdryer as I didn't know which number to punch in to call the receptionist. & unfortunately they have no balconies,but over all I had a very pleasant stay ,I do recommand it.

Attentive staff, clean rooms, everything is as stated. It's not a bad breakfast.

Great location as it is close to public transportation and in a quiet area. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection is extensive and the breakfast hours are convenient for late risers.

The hotel has a slight cigarette smell, which can be unpleasant for non-smokers. The key card frequently stopped working and had to be reprogrammed at reception.

There are plenty of great restaurants within walking distance, offering a variety of cuisines. the hotel's central location allows for easy access to various attractions and amenities in the Hamra area.

There was an issue with the airport pickup service, which caused some inconvenience and led to a potential overcharge by a cab driver.
