The lcoation was very convenient for exploring Easton's downtown.

Loved having a complete bkft.7-10am. Staff was very friendly. Helped w/suggestions and directions to places of interest.

The first room I was given: I entered the room and one of the beds was unmade and the TV was on. The room seemed to be occupied! The second room I was given: The phone and bedside lamp did not work. There were not sufficient outlets for electronic devices. The second night I was there, there was a very loud event in the hotel "conference" space directly under my window until 11:00 pm and rowdy people in the lobby. The staff, however, was very cooperative in all these circumstances and corrected the problems.

Clean, quiet place to stay.

Wifi is not high speed. It was nice to have it but it was very slow. If they can get high speed access, it would be desirable to do so. Business persons who need to do work on the Internet might choose another place to stay simply to improve Internet access. It can be very important.

The staff was very good!

We booked our room on line and I requested a non smoking room and they put us in. A smoking room! It was terriable ! I called downstairs and told them we booked a non smoking room,and they said there were none left of the non smoking rooms and that I booked smoking! Wee, I Didn' t told them I had the e-mails? Well low and behold they found us a non smoking! So after that got settled we were ok! Oh! Also we had a cab waiting for us at the time we requested, but then we had to move all of our stuff to the new room and we charged for the time we were late! That was wrong,it was not our fault,

I would not book quality inn in easton again

Rude staff. There was a strange odor throughout the facility, especially in the lobby.

Staff at front desk gave good recommendation for dinner. Staff also assisted with forgotten toothpaste.

The condition of the room and the condition of the hotel in general.

Walking distance to the Crayola Factory. After traveling and stopping for the night touring the factory was a nice activity before hitting the road again. Clean rooms and friendly staff members.

Our room needed a new mattress! Very uncomfortable.
