This place proved to be the perfect spot to explore various attractions, boasting a fantastic location near Playa Blanca, with exceptionally helpful staff available at all times.

The location here was fantastic, super charming. Our room was huge, plenty of space to move around. The staff were pretty nice, they even hooked us up with a room that had a balcony 🌞.

Secure and lovely property with a bathtub. Particularly good and fantastic location, adjacent to Playa Blanca, airport, and the sea and central Puerto del Carmen.- Nice surrounding, set close enough to walk to and near to the beach.

Had a really chill time in February: the place was super peaceful and the staff were really on it. We loved the cozy and safe apartment and definitely plan on coming back! 😄

secure apartment, has unbeatable setting near to the harbour, very close to the beach and bars. the employees working here are lively. it’s nestled in a pretty building. there is the irish viking 300 metres away to spend the evening.

The location of the hotel was excellent, just a short walk to the beach. The gated complex felt safe and secure. The pool area was lovely and not crowded even in peak season. I also appreciated the comfortable beds and the availability of an oven and ironing facilities.

There were a few drawbacks during my stay. the lack of air conditioning made the bedroom uncomfortably warm, especially since there was no window and limited ventilation.

We had an amazing experience here in February, the staff was always professional and accommodating.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool area was well-maintained and there were plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. The location was ideal, close to the main strip and supermarkets. The reception staff were always available to assist. the apartment provided a quiet and relaxing holiday experience.

Despite the hot weather, the apartment remained cool and I didn't even need air conditioning. The location was convenient, with supermarkets nearby and a short walk to the main strip lined with bars and restaurants. The pool area was great, with plenty of sunbeds and a peaceful atmosphere. I felt safe and secure with the locked gate. it exceeded my expectations and I would definitely recommend it.

This place is great, close to the beach and easily walkable, with incredibly helpful and friendly staff.

The rooms were comfortable and had a wonderful shower that felt like a wet room. The cleaning staff were friendly and tried to teach some Spanish, which was a nice touch.- The pool facilities were good and provided a nice place to relax.

The room felt dirty and grubby, with a very dated and old-fashioned decor. There was a constant problem with ants, with a colony of them going through the whole apartment.

We got great value for our money at Princesa Ico. The room was spacious and had a lovely balcony overlooking the peaceful pool area. The location was excellent, just a short walk to the main strip and the seafront. The staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

The hotel breakfast menu could have been improved with more variety and options to choose from.
