Appreciated staying at the nicely furnished and extremely spacious room with good amenities. The location was favourable, just a pleasant stroll away from Costanera Center. There were a big shopping mall and a supermarket around the hotel.

The good food was a good touch. Our room had a great bed and a great view. Location: the hotel was close to close to metro, and many restaurents. And it was relatively close to Tomodashi Go, ate there couple of times.

I had a great stay at this hotel in a very nice district. The location is excellent, with easy access to the metro and the city center. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially a man named Raphael who went above and beyond to assist us. The rooms were comfortable, with good amenities and an excellent shower. Breakfast was included, which was a nice bonus.
All was fine, no improvements needed.

We had a great stay at the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay. The room amenities were fabulous, and we really appreciated the complementary facts offered to us during our stay. The hotel is located in a key location making it easily accessible to various attractions. We also enjoyed having a cooktop, mini-fridge, pots and pans, glasses, plates. in our room, which made our stay more convenient.
