The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure our children felt welcome and taken care of. They even had a special play area just for kids, filled with toys and games that kept them entertained for hours. Our children absolutely loved it!

My children wanted a larger selection of kid-friendly meals in the restaurant.

The gym was not open during my stay, which I found disappointing since I enjoy working out even on vacation. Additionally, the room's heat control was a bit difficult to regulate, and the thermostat was not working properly, fluctuating between very hot and very cold. Besides that, the overall experience was excellent and I would definitely visit this hotel again for my future vacations.
