We greatly enjoyed the convenience of the suite with a very comfortable bed. The location in a great area was marvellous and there were the Farmer's market and supermarkets nearby.

Beds were too high in this place.

Beautifully maintained and newly decorated room, climate control and a carpet were a nice surprise. The setting was ideal, near Ravenscourt Park tube station, and very good restaurant. Also, a major road was around the corner.

Truly enjoyed that the hotel was perfect and had gentle staff from cleaners to managers. British cuisine was served in the attached restaurant. The breakfast was delicious, the check in was fast.

Characterful base for discovering London with gentle staff from cleaners to managers. Delicious breakfast with fine food. The most important - perfect and magnificent location very close to the metro. Very close to very good restaurant, Heathrow airport, and the nearest tube station. A well-maintained and great value hotel, my first choice in London.

The rooms were beautifully maintained and well-stocked and the location was convenient. The restaurant was really nice with a chef here, I had excellent dishes.

Had a memorable stay for family vacation, everything was good. Everyone we met from the staff was wonderful. It had marvellous and brilliant location for what we needed. There was a nice restaurant, the Farmer's market and a supermarket next door. The breakfast was delicious and very good and located within 400 metres from Ravenscourt Park tube station was a plus.

I had a really good time at this hotel. the prices were very reasonable, so it was great value for money. Secondly, the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. They allowed us to check in slightly early and made sure we had a smile as we departed. They even kept our luggage safe while we explored the city. Thirdly, the location of the hotel was excellent. It was easy to travel in and out of the city, and there were plenty of pubs and restaurants nearby for us to enjoy with our family. Lastly, the rooms were clean and the double bed was spacious and comfortable. The air conditioning kept the room cool and the bar area was a nice spot to relax and have fun with our loved ones.

Had truly memorable stay for a wedding with family. I greatly enjoyed having a metro station within 5 minutes walk.

The room was nice and clean, the bar staff was very friendly and helpful. The next metro station was just 300m from the hotel. We were staying in the 7th floor and had a great view over the city. They did a great and cheap coffee & croissant to go offer for guests who have not booked breakfast.

The aircondition did not work properly, it was very hot in the room. There was an additional fan put in the room but the only socket to plug it in was on the oposite side of the bed and quite far away, so it did not help a lot.

1) They asked for advanced payment for the stay, when discovered that last breakfast could not be served because of early departure, it was a very long discussion to have refund. 2) asked for taxi ... they called not licenced taxi, not equipped with taxometer, no card payment device.. I paid more then I had to.

The restaurant was good with a chef, we ordered quality dishes.

Staff was outstandingly accommodating, I didn't want to say goodbye!

The rooms were well-maintained and stocked as for me, with a fab bed. The hotel has marvellous location close enough to restaurants and a couple underground transport stations and bus station and train stations.

Lovely bed in the suite, plus climate control and coffee facilities. Excellent view of the sun rising over London and very very good breakfast. Brilliant, unbeatable location in the great area.

The place is extremely comfy, we didn't want to leave!

The rooms are recently renovated with fairly clean bathrooms. It has very nice restaurant and marvellous and brilliant location close to metro station.
