This hotel is a great find, with fantastic value for money. The location is perfect, just minutes away from popular attractions like the Tower of London. The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any travel questions. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with all the expected amenities and some nice touches like updated bathrooms. The location of the hotel was very convenient for my city trip. It was close to public transportation and had many restaurants nearby. The hotel had clean rooms and provided basic amenities such as towels and toiletries. One of the best aspects was the friendly and helpful staff who provided excellent customer service during my stay.

There were some negatives to my experience at this hotel. The room that I was assigned was very small and uncomfortable.

Great Value Hotel

I really appreciated the fact that the hotel had luggage storage, which allowed me to enjoy my last day in London without carrying my bags around. Additionally, the breakfast was hot, delicious and well-stocked. The hotel’s location was perfect for me, with easy access to various restaurants and attractions.

The check-in process was not as smooth as expected. When I arrived around 7 pm, there was only one staff member on reception, who was also working the bar.
