The hotel's location is superb, with easy access to all of the attractions Liverpool has to offer, from the Cavern to Albert Docks. It is conveniently situated near the bustling city center, making it easy to explore. The cleanliness of the rooms was excellent, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing warm and welcoming service throughout my stay.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Liverpool that exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect, with a pub just down the street and the famous Cavern district within walking distance. The hotel was also very close to all of Liverpool's attractions and the city center. The room was clean and comfortable, and the service was top-notch. The breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of food. it was a fantastic stay.

That the hotel did not have a view. However, with so much to see and do in Liverpool, it was not a major issue.

No major issues, everything was satisfactory.

Too much noise silly people running up and down corridors till 4 oclock in morn not impressed, wont be staying here again, the staff were very lovely and polite.

There were also some issues with the room allocation and the provision of towels, which could be improved. We would have liked to see better attention to detail and more options for room types.

Great location, comfy beds and amazing breakfasts!

My partner and I had an amazing romantic escape at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a few minutes away from the city center and within walking distance to many bars and restaurants. The beds were extremely comfortable and made for a great night's sleep. We also loved the breakfast provided - it was delicious and kept us fueled for the day.

We did experience a few negatives during our stay. The check-in process was quite slow, and we had to wait for a while before we were able to get our room.

It was the first hotel we'd stayed in with my daughter three years ago when she was looking at schools.Now,three years later,upon finishing,I came back to help pack up her stuff and decided to stay in the same place where we started.Full circle! And in the future, we'll now consider Liverpool a second "home" and will come back knowing there's a little part of us there.

This is were I stay every time I come to Liverpool. Its like going from home to home. I feel relaxed, comfortable and well catered for every time I come. No complaints in over 9 years of staying here.
