I had a great time staying at this hotel for 4 days. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the city and rent a motorcycle. The hotel itself looked very new and had a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly and had a good command of English. One thing I really appreciated was the complimentary drinks in the mini bar that were refilled daily. The breakfast was also delicious and satisfying.
Would recommend this hotel.

Location of the hotel was excellent and walking distance to the markets, restaurants and bars. Although in a busy area the hotel is in a quiet back street so nice and peaceful. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable with free wifi and breakfast.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of the old town. Tucked away on a quiet alley, it offers a peaceful and relaxing stay. The staff are incredibly friendly and go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. The rooms are spacious with a comfortable king-sized bed, providing a good night's sleep.
No major issues, everything was satisfactory.

It is a place where you will go back to stay at any time from family to business trip. The place is clean and very comfy. The mattress is a good quality one so I slept like a baby in their bed:):) Not many places that use good quality mattresses. However, I stayed at Mandala House before moving in to this place. The breakfast there was much more exciting. If Portico 21 could improve their breakfast, I think they would get more attention.

The hotel's location was fantastic, just a short walk away from the old town and the main street. It was convenient to explore the city and visit the night bazaar. the staff at the hotel were welcoming and friendly, always ready to assist and provide recommendations for sightseeing and dining.
The rooms were a bit noisy at times, especially when there were loud neighbors. It would have been helpful if there were signs in the hotel reminding guests to be quiet during the night.

I like the location being very near to the old city, where the wonderful Sunday night market is held weekly. It is also close to another night market which is situated directly opposite the Le Meridian hotel.
The cleanliness of the room can be improved, e.g. mopping of the floor in the room must be done daily. Breakfast can be improved. The bacon and the fried eggs were over-done despite complaint was done.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The location was ideal, with easy access to local attractions and very close to the night market, which was perfect for an evening out.

The lady at the reception was very helpful with checking minibus times and our other questions. She allowed us to leave our luggages in the room for the night we went for a trekking tour. We then came back to stay for another night because of the convenience. Room was clean with nice hot shower. Location is excellent as it is literally right in front of the Sunday market. Rroom was quiet coz it is off the main road.
There are a lot of geckos on the corridor wall outside the room. My husband liked them but I am not a big fan. Luckily there were none in the room. They were expected due to the openness of the corridor and they probably helped eating the flies. Breakfast was over all good but can be oily. I requested boiled eggs instead of fried and the lady was quite happy to change for me. Room was a little dark in the day.

We stayed in this hotel during 8 nights and were very glad about service and its location. Frendly personal, good knowing english. Beautiful location.
The rooms very noisy. We have heard every loud noise from other rooms. The breakfast was monotonous -- every days the same.

The hotel exceeded my expectations in several aspects. the value for money was excellent, with reasonable prices for the quality of service provided. Secondly, the hotel's attention to detail was impressive, with clean and well-maintained rooms. Additionally, the location of the hotel in the center of the old town, on a quiet alley, made it convenient for exploring the city.
No major issues, everything was just fine.
