The hotel met expectations, I would happily return. The rooms I had were clean and warm and with all the necessities, nice view, as example.

We got great value for our money at Persey Flora Apartments! The room was clean and spacious, perfect for our family with two small kids. The location was convenient, close to the ski school and slopes. The staff, especially Mrs. Galina and her husband, were responsive and helpful. The cleaning service did a thorough job every day and we always had fresh towels. we had a pleasant stay and enjoyed the nice and clean pool.

The hotel breakfast menu could use some improvement, perhaps more variety and options to choose from.

Neither the sauna, the swimming pool nor the fitness area were open. I had therefore chosen the hotel and was looking forward to it! That was very annoying. Why is there no information on the website?

It was a beautiful and well organized apartment.

This is an apartment to a building it has no connection or relevance with the hotel. it is located in a different building. There are no extras like swimming pool or anything else. If you want spa or anything else you go to the nearest hotel and you pay for it.

Great location, right on the end of the ski slope (5min from the ski lift). Big and warm room (studio), clean bathroom. Private parking and security.

The apartment building didn't have a reception or an office or a staff. There was only a single person (Galina, wich was great btw) roaming the ski resort from one hotel to another. We got the room key from a reception of a hotel near by - wich is very unprofessional.

Great price for the comfort provided. The location was quite good, just 2 min away from the lift. Good view to a pine forest.

The area was very crowded and parking was a little bit stressful. The room looked like a place meant for the hotel staff, with wardrobes full of sheets and pillows and shelves full of soaps and shampoos.

Hotel is nice but due to summer season with limited services provided.Location is perfect , very close to the center of the ressort and in the same time quite .

Studio did not have terrace which would give us possibility to enjoy beautiful mountain view .

I stayed at this hotel for weekend, it was a perfectly pleasant stay. The restaurant was good for breakfast and dinner, I tried simple dishes. Its location at a moderate distance from Gondola Lift was quiet. The property was set in a very quiet area.

We had a great stay in the heart of this ski resort town. Best aspects were the hotel facilities and cleanliness, making it comfortable for us. Additionally, the location couldn't be better, situated only a few minutes' walk from the slopes that lead up to Musala mountain.
