Polite staff, and good food!!!

Comfortable stay, as always. Absolutely fabulous and tidy property, family atmosphere. Fantastic location in Uniao de Freguesias do Centro district not far from shops and Metro, a pedestrian shopping street with nice cafes and most things including shopping and public transport.

Perfect position: walk from a bus station.

Absolutely fabulous neat property, it has polite and nice staff on the receptionist. Magnificent and incredible location near many shops and restaurants, the hotel is nearby an underground station. Great nearby places include O Banheiro, we usually had drinks there.

Marvellous and good location in the old town was a plus. As for me, rooms were big with a view, they offered wake-up service.

The place is fabulous, the staff are outstandingly accommodating.

The location is amazing, not very far from Avenida dos Aliados. It's in a really nice building in the shopping area. Hotel restaurant is good for dinner.

Fabulous accommodation with fantastic setting just next door to the main shopping street of Santa Catarina, the centre and the and the incredible ‘ local' indoor Mercado.

It had amazing location with access to Chapel of Santa Catarina nearby. The hotel was a fabulous base for enjoying a shopping area. We ate at a good restaurant for dinner. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the staff were outstandingly accommodating people on the receptionist.

Well, no lift.

It was neat, everyone was very very kind. The twin room was quiet, airy, with a clean bathroom.

Quiet and airy room, good bathroom. Great and magnificent location, easy to get around Porto by an underground station located nearby the hotel.

Great location, just a short walk from the main shopping street and close to public transport. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. I also appreciated being able to store my luggage after check-out.

The noise from the street and other guests was constant and disruptive, making it difficult to sleep. The lack of an elevator made carrying my luggage up the stairs a challenge.

Location was perferct, hotel staff was nice and speaking english.

I didn't like that there was no connection to internet in the room and also it was no TV in the room.

Very close to city centre, small room but very nice. Has wi-fi in shared area but it reaches into a lot of the rooms anyway. Clean, cheap, ideally situated if you want to explore the city. Happy to recommend this to anyone that wants to visit and explore this pretty city.

The location of this hotel was absolutely perfect for our Christmas vacation. We were just a short walk away from all the main attractions and shopping areas, which made exploring the city so easy. Plus, there was a metro station nearby for when we wanted to venture a bit further. Another great aspect of this hotel was the friendly and helpful staff. They were always available to answer our questions and offer recommendations.

There were a couple of downsides to our stay. there were no elevators in the hotel, which made carrying our luggage up the stairs quite a hassle.

The employees of the hotel that speak english were very helpful and provided us with information that we needed regarding sights seeings, nightlife and transportation.

The bathroom was veyry small.

I had warm and stocked room on the highest floors.
