The Peerless Hotel in Blackpool was in a great location, near the train station, tower, and tram stop. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially with our special needs child. The room was ready for us early, allowing us to make the most of our time in the area. The owner provided useful information about nearby attractions.
Everything was spot on.

It was a basic BnB, room was clean but small. Breakfast was very good.
It had squeeky floor boards above our room which kept us awake.

Unfortuanately there was very little to like about this hotel
Where do you start , when we arrived we were asked for cash up front for our stay no other payment was acceptable, the host Marcus was very unfreindly and unwelcoming , we were then pointed in the direction of rooms which were in a poor state of repair wallpaper hanging off , shower doors hanging off, I think you get the picture. Breakfast was just as bad , poorly cooked , dog running about the dining room , I have stayed in some hotels and b&b s in my time but this has got to be the worst I have ever stayed in . I booked this hotel on behalf of my friends and was thoroughly ashamed and could only apologise to my friends. Be aware dont be fooled by cheap prices.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say, it was an excellent choice. The first thing that stood out to me was the great value for money. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail that I noticed throughout my stay.
All was in perfect order; no improvements necessary.

The Peerless is a great value for money option for a stay in this area. The prices are very reasonable, making it affordable for families looking for an enjoyable trip. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, close to all the major attractions and amenities. The staff provide excellent service, ensuring that both adults and children are well taken care of. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with thoughtful amenities such as bedside drawers and dining chairs. Additionally, the breakfast served here is a highlight, offering a variety of options to start your day off right.
The overall experience at this hotel was satisfactory.

Marcus (Owner) was friendly and funny made us feel very welcome and he was a great host. He makes amazing cooked breakfasts. His dog Gemma is the love of his life and I have to say she stole our hearts to (not usually allowed in dining room by Marcus but we let her in with us as she was no bother). Rooms very clean and well equipped for your stay. If your looking for 5 * luxury go elsewhere but if you want a relaxing and fun stay the peerless is the place to go. Marcus pointed us in the direction of a local pub for a meal and it was fantastic and very good value for money. Nothing was to much trouble and he was always at hand to advise places to visit or not. Will be booking again for illuminations this year.

The Peerless catered for all the family and offered excellent value for money. The management and staff were extremely good hosts, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The rooms were very nice and I enjoyed a superb breakfast each morning. The hotel's location was also great, conveniently situated near the train station, beach, and seafront tram stop.
Nothing to complain about at all.

The room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The friendly staff was always available and willing to help. The location was great, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants.
The noise level during the night was unbearable. Shouting and noise from outside continued until the early hours of the morning, making it difficult to sleep.

We booked this hotel for a romantic escape, and we must say that we enjoyed the peace and quite found in the location. We were able to get a room with a beautiful view of the city at an affordable price. The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. , the staff was friendly and courteous.
We could not help but notice that the room was not properly cleaned, and there was an unpleasant smell in the air. The bathroom was cramped and had no soap or shampoo.
