There is basically nothing around the hotel, except for ikea store and 7/11 convenience store.

Room did not smell good. Carpet and bedspread old and stained. Location is inconvenient and absolutely nothing in the immediate vicinity.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. Best aspects include spacious room, comfortable bed, and helpful staff. The location is great, close to transportation and within easy reach of various Kobe hotspots, including the International conference centre. The hotel provides a shuttle service to Shin Kobe station, which was very convenient. The breakfast was enjoyable, and the hotel facilities, including the massage chair, were much appreciated. The cleanliness of the room was top-notch.

The hotel had a great location near the exhibition hall, making it convenient for attending events. It was also close to a train station and the international conference center. Rooms were spacious and had good bathroom facilities. Service was pleasant, and breakfast had a decent selection. The hotel also offered in-room wifi and had a restaurant on-site.

The hotel had a stale smoking smell in some non-smoking rooms, which was unpleasant.

The hotel had a great spa and onsen. The room was spacious and bigger than many other hotels in Japan. It also had a good view. The hotel provided transportation options that were helpful.

We had a pleasant stay during our Christmas holidays. The hotel was clean and offered a shuttle service to the city and train stations. The staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the spacious room and comfortable bed. The convenience store nearby was a plus.

A very good hotel that make my stay in Kobe a very good experience.

The hotel exceeded my expectations in several ways. the value for money was exceptional, especially considering the amenities offered. Secondly, the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Additionally, the location, although initially seen as a downside, turned out to be quite pleasant. Being situated across the park provided a peaceful and serene atmosphere, perfect for relaxation.

No significant issues to report, everything was satisfactory.
