We ate in the great restaurant with friendly service and interesting atmosphere which was well priced. The bed was exceptionally comfortable with electric blankets and down pillows.

Our accommodation was set in a very central location close enough to the center of town, cafe's and restaurants, and facilities in the area.

The restaurant was really nice for breakfast and tea, I tried delicious dishes. And it had kitchenette plus a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a fridge. The location was easy, a 10-15 minute walking distance from a compact museum. There were shopping centres and a large shopping mall around the hotel.

Well-appointed place with top-class staff at reception desk. Plenty of food at breakfast, such as toast, cereals, fruit and eggs.

The rooms are well-equipped with very comfy beds. A microwave, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator are a nice touch.

Breakfasts are great value and full cooked!!

The room is high-class and brand-new with modern appliances including a washing machine, has free Wi-Fi. The breakfast offers lots of cereals and eggs:)))

Great value breakfast with good choice of cereal and eggs. The rooms with the single beds and extra chairs and a cupboard, particularly helpful staff at reception desk. Magnificent location on a normal day is close to everything, in the unique area.

Nicely decorated place, exceptional food offered for full cooked breakfast. Great-sized hotel room with a nice bed and separate bathroom. Fantastic views of mountains and lake and a great design. Good swimming pool and particularly good and handy location adjacent to airport and town, Christchurch for 2 nights and Merivale. Also, near to the city center.

Great breakfast, but limited seating. Clean, tidy room and amazing room service. Some substandard items in the room but staff was wonderful. Upgraded room with kitchenette on second stay. Lovely pool and near a beautiful park. Friendly staff and good central location.

Close to the city can walk most places and easy to get to the airport

Ok does the job abit far from the centre

The staff here are really devoted, and the hotel itself is excellent with a great restaurant. Our room even had a kitchenette with all the necessary amenities like a microwave, coffee/tea maker, and fridge. Plus, it's conveniently located near Lake Albert.

The rooms are generous sized and air conditioned with large bathrooms. The location is favourable, relatively close to Māori galleries.

The studio facilities and the comfiest bed i have ever slept in!

Quite a distance walk from the centre of town but not too much if you like walking!

It was a short walk to the city, there was a pool ad spa

The spa was set very hot and on hot days way to hot to sit in without getting burnt, but it was lovely on cooler days. The staff don't come across as very friendly, but they get the job done.
