The location of the hotel was favourable and stunning - relatively near a compact zoo. The offered breakfast was good and included good choice of options.

This is surely the best brand-new hotel, courteous staff, cheap rooms. It has favourable, amazing setting, so close to Parkville like the zoo and safe walk at night and public transport, easy parking and quiet.

The location was good and magnificent as it was near bars and cafés. The hotel also was close to a train station.

We had standard queen room with fridge, good TV and WiFi. Handy location, it was just next door to restaurants and shops, tram and train stops and eateries and Melbourne to cycle...

This hotel was a decent place for exploring Melbourne. The reception staff does a fabulous job. The food was reasonably priced.

Great value for money! The location was perfect for my study break at the nearby campus. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. There were plenty of food options within walking distance. Low-budget hotel in a very quiet area short walk to near to cafes and TO PUBLIC TRANSPORT. Quick check-in and good-sized and well priced room with good TV, all the amenities plus comfortable beds. Marvellous location, 10 minutes' walk to a zoological garden.
