The unit was wonderful.
The service was nice with a quick check-in. The room was not off a good standard off cleanliness but was upgraded by manager and available with a fantastic view. The hotel was centrally located in the area we were in.

Normal double and excellent sized room with a coffeemaker, 2 televisions, and a storage space, and worth every penny view over the town from it. Lots of coffee and pudding available in the lounge area for breakfast.

During my transit in London, I stayed at Park Plaza Westminster Bridge, which provided the convenience of being only 15 km away from London City. The hotel's location in the heart of the city allowed me easy access to various attractions and activities.
While my stay at Park Plaza Westminster Bridge was enjoyable, I did notice that the disabled room was assigned to us unintentionally, and the room lacked hooks for towels. However, these were minor inconveniences that did not significantly impact my overall experience.

We had the superior twin room and it was large with a great view of the london eye. The hotel had marvellous and amazing location next to many other must see locations, major tourist attractions, restaurants, and shopping centers, and right next to the beautiful london eye. Spent our evenings in nearby Primo Bar enjoying drinks and atmosphere.
