The location was marvellous and stunning right across the road from Oxford Road station, right next to a train station. The staff was immensely pleasant, they were always available. The breakfast was tasty and had...

I lovely spend 1 night in Manchester. The room I booked was freshly renewed with a huge bathroom and available with a great view, air con, a bedside table. The staff were really excellent and smart, offered very good services....

The marvellous and incredible location was a short walk to Refuge. The facilities in the double room were very good, beds were comfortable.

It was right next to The Bridgewater Hall, truly enjoyed its location very close to rail line.

I was given double room with a high ceiling, so many space, and air conditioning. The hotel had a fantastic location a short walk to Refuge. Located in 10 minutes' walk to the downtown, the staff were excellent. ...  

It was very close to the St Peters Square metro stop, shops and Christmas market, and the Refuge for a drink, great and fab location overall. Very good service was provided.

Its location close to Refuge was marvellous and particularly good.

The breakfast with poached eggs was freshly cooked. The staff provided great service and offered advice on shops and restaurants. The building was magnificent and the family room had balloons and treats for my son's birthday. The reception was impressive and the room had snacks, water, and toiletries. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they even decorated the room for my partner's birthday. Checkout at 12 allowed for a relaxed departure.

The hotel was fairly clean based in a historic style building with excellent and competent staff. The room they gave us was impressive and exceptional with a bath, a bottle of Prosecco on ice plus ice. The restaurant was good and the food was amazing. The stay was good.

Tbh, had a really really nice stay for our visit into Manchester. Refuge was right next to the hotel, thoroughly enjoyed its location right next to a train line.

I greatly enjoyed great and beautiful location right next to Refuge. I stayed at the double room with city view.

Fantastic restoration, great room, amazing architecture, helpful staff, good breakfast, individuality among chain hotels.

Can't fault the property in any way.
