Quiet and impeccable location for visiting restaurants and bars. Quite a walk from a grand old Edwardian pier and 500 metres from North Laine.

Minutes away from a bus stop, the location was GREAT. I did not want to leave and will be back.

It was fairly clean with extremely helpful and very amiable staff.

Though everything was very comfortable, some of the staff were horrible.

The location was particularly good for exploring Brighton. We loved the size of the room - new-fashioned, plus it was tastefully decorated. The staff was great and welcoming all the time.

I booked a loft suite with coffee and a kettle. Loved very pretty decor. The location was quiet for me, on the seafront.

I will be back, liked my fine stay. The hotel is little, fairly clean with good prices. The venue has welcoming and lovely stuff.

The hotel had a very central location close to everything. The breakfast had something for everyone - cereal and fruit. The stuff where amiable every time I dealt with them. I stayed here for a trip and would book here again.

The room was well-equipped and well decorated with a convenient kitchenette and the location was perfect.

The units are well laid out, tastefully decorated with very comfy bed. Glad to have central heating, iron/ironing board, and coffee/tea making equipment. Plus, the location is ideal and peaceful, minutes from a distinctive Asian - style palace.

It was an enjoyable base for a couple of nights, had comfortable time. The staff was helpful, lovely with every request.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a charming bed and breakfast in Brighton. The location was absolutely perfect, just a short walk away from all the main attractions that Brighton has to offer. It was so convenient not having to worry about taxis or driving around. The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and attentive, going the extra mile to make me feel welcome. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated, although I would have liked a bit more storage and a full-length mirror. Despite that, the room had all the little extras I needed and the breakfast was excellent. They even catered to different dietary needs, which was impressive. this hotel provided great value for money and I would definitely stay here again for my next visit to Brighton.

I stayed for 1 night here and had a brilliant time. The employees were welcoming and amicable. It was in a central setting close to all the sights. And it was also just next door to the pier, beach and sea life centre.

Its location not very far from Twins was stunning. The hotel was in a great area. We loved a good restaurant with a local menu. You could leave a car nearby.

The rooms are extremely clean and well-maintained, with great ventilation options and useful amenities. The staff is friendly and ensures cleanliness throughout the venue.
