This hotel is conveniently located near the airport and public transportation. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the prices are reasonable despite the high season. Guests can enjoy a Russian buffet and a nearby small supermarket. Some rooms are better than others, especially those on the upper floors. Guests can use the business room or washing machines for free.
The hotel has no elevator.

Had a great Xmas at this hotel! The staff was super friendly & helpful, making us feel very welcome. The location was perfect, situated on the main street between two towns and close to the airport and train station. We were pleased to find a small supermarket nearby and enjoyed the restaurant and buffet offered by the hotel. , we were happy to discover that laundry service was available at a decent price, although we were allowed to use the washing machine for free.
The hotel lacked an elevator which might be difficult for some guests. the rooms were not all the same size, but we found that the ones on the fourth floor were more spacious.

A fantastic location, only a short trip from the airport and situated on the main road, making it very easy to get around. The friendly and helpful staff is one of the best aspects of the hotel, always happy to offer advice or anything you might need. There is a range of restaurant options with the Russian buffet and a restaurant on site, plus a small market behind the hotel is ideal for grabbing any essentials you need. Lastly, the prices are reasonable despite the high season.
The hotel is somewhat dated in places, with varying room sizes, and as there is no elevator, it can be a bit of a workout getting up and down, especially if you're on the higher floors. Another downside is the absence of Wi-Fi in the rooms, again compensated by having the Business Room computer at guests' disposal.
