this hotel met required needs in every way, recommend. thank you all for an enjoyable stay in february. the setting was magnificent, near to the japanese a la carte restaurants-allofwhich are amazing, lounging beach area, and the onsite sports bar, mexican restaurants, and mike's in between la hacienda. i enjoyed the well-appointed room and its clean bathroom.

Honestly no complaints whatsoever. Clean accommodation, very attentive and knowledgeable staff from the maintenance team to the housekeepers. Units with a jacuzzi tub on the deck. A private balcony and a kettle — very useful.

Beds were too hard.

The room we got was big with a safe, a beautiful walk in shower, great WiFi, felt very comfortable here.

The rooms are brand-new with comfy beds, and the staff are ACCOMMODATING.

Top-class staff from the maintenance team to the housekeepers during stay. Yoghourt and eggs in the mornning in lounge area.

Poor bathroom.

Thoroughly enjoyed how the a double room with a great variety on offer was arranged when we arrived. The hotel was set in a remote area close enough to the beaches and pools, the Italian restaurant and the island on golf buggies.

The hotel staff was poor.

Real good experience there. Fantastic hotel with great facilities in a perfect location not far from main restaurant and El Charro as well as Ocean Maya Royale. Excellent service at the restaurant! Free Wi-Fi provided in the venue.

Everything was fantastic, so caring staff, perfect location next to the ocean and Ocean Maya Royal and restaurant. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic with a great selection of amazing food on offer. Loved a safe box, multi-channel TV, and a mini-fridge-bar in the room. The pool was lovely and I had alcoholic drinks in the poolside bar. As I noticed, working of free Wi-Fi throughout the property was OK.

Perfect location in a beach area close to a boardwalk, the island on golf buggies and the beach to the beautiful lagoon. Good food in the à la carte restaurant in the vicinity. Excellent service and amazing value. Pool bar and lovely pool.

Huge and clean hotel, location was favourable just off the store, Ocean Maya and the a la carte restaurants. The room was big with an exceptionally comfortable bed and a shower, a dryer and bath sheets in the bathroom. Very very nice team with other staff members.

It was well-equipped and well-kept room with a safe box, a mini-bar, and an iron.
