We had an absolutely amazing stay on this vacation.

Many things to mention - everything was fairly clean, great food, gorgeous views. The staff were incredible and truly wonderful and the location was unbeatable to Puerto Morelos city center. Moreover, it's just off the Now Sapphire as well as outlets.

Relaxing low-budget hotel with lovely sea views. Well-maintained and well stocked rooms, outstandingly accommodating staff that really offered special service. Sumptuous breakfasts and outstanding food available. Great location, very comfortable area, right by the Riviera Maya, an ocean front, and the main Theater. Great choice for vacation.

The location is marvellous, 2 miles from a totally awesome conservationist interactive adventure zoo. The room is well-appointed and with climate control, an individual safe, and multi-channel television.

Modern room and updated by the water. Well-maintained pool, parking onsite. Everything nice. Great location to the restaurants on the early side and easy access to a market and a convenience store.

It is an attractive hotel with new-fashioned rooms and absolutely gorgeous views of palm trees. The venue has unbeatable location careful in those areas and incredible and pleasant employees that really offered special service.

Their breakfast is extremely limited, can be better.

Like family treatment, perfect room, preferred bar and adult-only pool, outstanding food choices, impeccable service.

The breakfast buffet was great, very nice staff, we felt very comfortable here. Several restaurants to choose from, thus plenty of choice, up to the international buffet we have always got something delicious to eat.

Drinks were partly with too much syrup

I absolutely loved staying at this place, the property was beautiful and the rooms were impeccably clean.

The service, the restaurants and the room were beautiful.

Every detail, the service was excellent and the staff were ready to help. I stayed in the room that was kept very clean and available with tropical view and fresh towels, as for instance. The breakfast was sumptuous and great, there was variety of food to chose from.

The staff at this resort were incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful. They always went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was enjoyable. The service at the main pool and beach area was excellent, with staff members like Lemmy and Saul taking great care of us. The entertainment team was also top-notch, providing a fun and engaging atmosphere throughout our stay. Additionally, the swim-out suite we stayed in was fantastic, allowing us to have direct access to the pool from our room.

One of the downsides of our stay was the long waits at the restaurants. Making reservations, especially for the popular hibachi restaurant, proved to be quite challenging.
