Everything is very comfortable here, had a very nice stay except during the night. It has to offer a warm and amazing breakfast with food replenished often and cheeses, as example.

Great value hotel in a convenient part of town! Walkable to many interesting attractions and public transport links. The staff were friendly and helpful when we needed directions. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the basic amenities we needed. The breakfast had a good selection and was included in the price. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.

There is no fault with your hotel, it is not pretending to be something it is not, but at the same time it can put many other 'higher priced' hotels to shame with its dedication to service and cleanliness. Thank you.

Good location not very far from a u bahn. Price I got for the night was good compared to other hotels nearby in this category. The staff were extremely helpful.

Poor facilities. TV didn't work, safe had to be repaired. Just one pillow that had no bounce! WiFi extremely erratic. Worked only once despite following instructions. No tea coffee in room. Breakfast quality and choice less than satisfactory

The hotel made a strong impression on us during our short stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast offered a good variety of options. The location was fantastic, with attractions like the Hamburg History Museum and the City Park just across the road. It was also convenient to explore landmarks such as Michael's Church and the Reeperbahn. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and we appreciated their assistance in organizing transportation to another Novum Hotel when our room was double booked. Despite this small hiccup, we found the alternative hotel to be of a reasonable standard. we had a positive experience at Novum Hotel Holstenwall Hamburg Neustadt and would recommend it.

Excellent value overall, with very friendly staff, good, clean basic accommodations, and good breakfast. The location turned out to be quite good as well.

It had good public transport options, was clean and offered a good breakfast. The Wireless was offered in room and quite good!

The room was rather dark and had no ceiling lamp. I was not working so it turned out ok.

The hotel is conveniently located near major tourist attractions such as St Michael's church and St Pauli metro station. The hotel offers clean and well-heated rooms with comfortable beds, a fabulous breakfast, and professional and friendly staff.

A kettle and fridge in the room would have been a great addition for longer stays.
