The staff is attentive here, the services are good, and location is handy very close to the central train station of Hamburg, many more shopping centers as well as restaurants, and the airport by train. The standard triple room is functional with comfortable bed, bath, for instance. This hotel offers great breakfasts with scrambled eggs and crackers, as for instance.

Had good sleep at the double room with Queen-size bed, a nice view plus good breakfast. Its location just a walking distance from Das Schauspielhaus was excellent.

Got a nice size and well-equipped standard triple room with very comfortable bed when arrived, loved that.

The hotel is clean and perfect, offers marvellous location near shops that were open in Christmas day. They have variety of meals to choose from, the food is freshly made!

I recently stayed at a hotel in a prime location right across the road from the train station. The value for money was exceptional, with very affordable prices for a comfortable stay. The basic amenities provided were satisfactory, and the staff was friendly and attentive to detail. The rooms were in overall good condition and featured a very comfortable bed. Additionally, the breakfast included in the rate was served with a good selection of options.

One minor aspect that could be improved was the limited TV channels available in the rooms.
