I loved being there, the place is brilliant.

The room I booked was not cleaned adequately under the bed and available with great lighting, separate toilet, as for instance. The venue was in a very central location close to Chinese shops, Manchester Picadilly train station, and China Town and the main areas of interest in Manchester city centre.

The breakfast offered a wide range of well presented meals. Had practical and spotless room, it included a safe box and a sofa sleeper. The location was marvellous as it was walk from restaurants and eateries.

The place was clean with a courteous and welcoming staff that by the receptionist. Appreciated staying at the new-fashioned and beautifully designed double room with a large bed.

Tbh Wi-Fi was rather slow, and the bed was too soft.

Clean place & courteous and very polite staff on shift. Tasty and delicious breakfast with jam, decaf tea plus bottomless prosecco in the restaurant. Marvellous location at a medium distance from a public park. Found in the good area really close to the Gay Village and Christmas markets.

The suite was modern with a big TV, good modern touches such as a Nespresso machine, as example.

Everything was well-maintained, including courteous and very polite staff on shift. Got the same well-designed and contemporary double room with a proper sofa bed booked online, thoroughly enjoyed that.

This is an absolutely fabulous and impressive hotel with pleasant staff for that member of staff also. The rooms are airy and practical here with shower, a very comfy bed plus a hair dryer. When I am in Manchester, I like staying here.

A living room, a coffeemaker, and facilities to make tea available in the suite. A good area, marvellous and lovely location close to public areas as well as the restaurant on a couple of occasions. Besides, easy to get to Chinatown.
