Overall had relaxing stay on a shopping trip. The location was marvellous - walking distance to pubs and bars. Set walking distance to a river and a hill, it was a plus. Comforts of superior queen room with a view were fabulous. ...

Appreciated London, the hotel was modern and pleasant close to Tower of London. The location was particularly good and unbeatable for me as it was right by the restaurant with good food, and many offices. I ate at the...  

The location was magnificent and absolutely perfect and the rooms where newly remodelled.

i got reasonably large room with london lovely breakfast and the bedroom, as for instance as advertised. coffee & tea making machines and a fridge were nice. the pretty friendly and excellent co-operating staff at the reception desk provided all the necessary info.

Very impressed with standard room and fairly friendly and extremely polite staff at the reception desk. Very comfy beds and complimentary wireless internet, a sofa sleeper and a carpet. Particularly good and perfect location in a convenient area north of the Thames, easy to get anywhere.

No complaints whatsoever and would definitely go again. Thanks guys for a really nice stay for a wedding. It has the most outstandingly accommodating and excellent co-operating staff we have ever experienced before.

The breakfast was nice hot and delicious with plenty of food. Fab and gorgeous location, the rooms were stylish. There was a nice restaurant, a shopping mall and a market next door.

This hotel is perfect and fairly clean, it has free Wi-Fi and an attached restaurant. It has good location to see Monument to the Great Fire of London. The venue is in really quiet area, close enough to the London Bridge and the Tower of London, the center of London, and tube station and lots of restaurants nearby.

Great value for money in the heart of the city. Perfect location, close to major attractions and public transport. The hotel facilities are modern and well-maintained. The room size was good for a family of four and the bathroom was spacious and comfortable. The restaurant offered a good selection of food and the breakfast was enjoyable. a satisfactory stay and we would consider returning.

Although mostly satisfied, there were a few minor issues. There were noticeable scuffs and wear in the hotel room, indicating a need for ongoing refurbishment.
