Fantastic service, although a few employees were totally unhelpful. The breakfast was large at 9.15am, and all the food was reasonably priced!

The hotel was centrally located close enough to train as well as main road and also road junction. Spent our evenings in nearby The Bothy, especially when it was very hot outside. The room was recently renovated with nice interior and a large bathroom.

Amazing and magnificent location, around 4-6 minutes' walk from St Ninian's Cathedral. Walking distance to a shopping area and nice stores across the street. A heating system, coffee, and a kettle available in the double room. Reasonably priced food as for continental breakfast.

Regarding price, think it's good value for Perth. The hotel has a very central location in the centre of everything. Also, we both really enjoyed South Inch park, located not too far from the venue.

Everything was excellent, met the purpose, and the staff were very welcoming people to both staff members. It was budget, heated and with bath. The food at the lounge restaurant was fab, appreciated this place.

The property was quirky with courteous staff. Light double room with less than 24 hours notice. Satisfactory breakfast to start the day, brilliant food. Very central location close to the center. And also next to a night club. Good choice for exploring Perth.

Good value, everything met the needs. The total stay was excellent for a wedding. The location was marvellous for walking around Perth Museum and Art Gallery. Also, it was in a comfortable area, I enjoyed that. I ate at a good restaurant for breakfast. The bedrooms were comfortable, featuring city view.

The room was fairly quiet and having a heating system, coffee, and a kettle in it was handy. I had a more than adequate and good breakfast with lukewarm water and a lovely coffee, for instance.
