I recently had a great stay at this hotel in Bali. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The location was convenient, with easy access to the airport and main road. I was pleasantly surprised to find a convenience store attached to the hotel, which was very convenient for any last-minute needs. The room itself was cozy and well-appointed with all the basic amenities one would expect. The bed was particularly comfortable, providing me with a restful night's sleep. I also enjoyed a lovely view from my room, adding to the overall pleasant experience. Additionally, the breakfast provided was satisfying, ensuring I started each day off on the right foot.

This hotel is just a stone's throw away from the airport, which is so convenient after a long flight. The sea view room is pretty spectacular too, with the sound of the waves so calming. The bathroom is spacious and clean. The staff is super helpful with our luggage, and the buffet breakfast has a wide variety of options.

The gym facilities are lacking, only a few pieces of outdated equipment.

The room was well-equipped with toiletries, a locker, and a hairdryer. The breakfast provided was delicious and the staff managed well even during busy times. I had a fantastic experience at Natya Hotel and would highly recommend it.
