This is surely the best hip new hotel, very helpful and extremely helpful staff, amazing rooms. The breakfast was freshly cooked, we truly enjoyed lots of meals. The location is amazing on the coast. And it's nestled in a very well appointed building...  

It was in a nice location short walk to the restaurant for the dunner as well as airport, historical places, shopping centers and. All the staff was professional and highly trained. Had an incredible and tidy room with beautyful...  

i appreciated the room in the first level, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. also, location was stunning and great, relatively near sunnet lake. the services were good, including fresh made breakfasts and free parking if needed....  

During my stay, I was thoroughly impressed with the natural beauty of the hotel and its surroundings. The location is superb with a quiet restaurant by the sea and a lovely buffet even in the main restaurant. The rooms were very comfortable and clean with excellent bathroom facilities. The breakfast served was delicious with a variety of options. The facilities provided by the hotel were great, including easy pool access and a wide open beach area. I especially enjoyed the polite and helpful staff who gave excellent service.

I did find that language could be a barrier for some visitors due to the majority of staff speaking Russian.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel that offers incredible value for money. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and the amazing location right on the beach. The staff were extremely helpful and provided excellent service at all times. I was also impressed with the basic amenities in the rooms, which were on level 5 and had a breathtaking mountain view. Additionally, the breakfast selection was delicious and satisfying.

No negative aspects, everything was splendid.

Location

99 percent Russian in the hotel. Communication not possible. Oddly enough, there are also few families, but groups of men who constantly drink alcohol. Smokers on every corner, even at meals. In addition, the loud music in the evening came from the animation from neighboring hotels.

I think the hotels need to understand guests needs to keep up with their contacts , friends so people need internet , It is avaliable only in lobby and the quality does not match the hotel

The hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location, right on the beach, is perfect for enjoying the sun and sea. The staff provides excellent service, with friendly and helpful personnel. The rooms on the first level offer beautiful mountain views and are equipped with basic amenities. Additionally, the breakfast is delicious and satisfying.

No improvements needed, everything exceeded my expectations.

We had a fantastic time at Mirage Park Resort! The private beach was clean and the clear water was perfect for swimming. We even got to feed the fish and they surrounded us in no time. The hotel staff made our honeymoon extra special with a lovely welcome surprise in our room. Everywhere we looked was a picturesque view of the sea and mountains. The food was delicious, especially the fish night, and there were always free fruits available. Despite some language barrier with the staff, they were understanding and we had no issues at reception. we were extremely satisfied with our stay at Mirage Park Resort.

The hotel is very beautiful. Excellent staff, especially on the reception and in the spa. Chameleon command animators. There are minuses - lack a good scene and benches at the gate. But we are pleased once again to visit there.

The complementary drinks and snacks were amazing, always fresh and delicious. The hotel's location was perfect, being close to the beach and some great local attractions. The pools were clean and well maintained, offering a refreshing break from the warm weather.

The room was a bit outdated and could've used some modernization. The bed wasn't very comfortable, which made for some difficult sleeping.

nothing much.. I liked the hotel overall.. nice sea, nice hotel, nice staff, nice price..

- We booked double rooms and we received one room with 4 beds and one with 3 beds in a building 250 meters far away from the hotel. They changed these with double rooms after fighting for 3 hours with a very unpolite receptionist. - Old furniture, bad housekeeping (they don't change the linen), no refill for the minibar. - The worst restaurant we have ever been, bland food, the same kinds of food every day and each meal. - Just a few of the employees are speaking English language.

Friendly staff, great entertainment, clean rooms, delicious food, variety of cocktails.
