The location turned out to be ideal and nice, next to Windsor Castle, shops and restaurants, and an establishment like that. Well-trained and hard-working staff with a warm and friendly manner, and facilities were really comfortable here. Our room was beautifully presented and stripped bathroom cleaned.

Everything looked first-class!
We had a superior room with a bath. The hotel had a very central position just off the Great Park-start of the Long Walk, and restaurants, pubs, shopping.
-
Arthur
Booked double room with castle view.
-
David

Quaint and clean hotel with really friendly and excellent staff who dealt with us on check-out. Marvellous and stunning location very close to many shops, chic style building.
-
Derek
The breakfast was fresh made with bacon, jams plus croissants, and the outdoor bar was a plus. The location was perfect for exploring Windsor. I often went to Subway to pick up some food.
-
Peter
Stunning and superior location close to everything worth visiting, met needs well.
-
Jim
The hotel had a great location, just a short walk from the castle entrance and close to the train station. Our room, though small, had all the necessary amenities and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. The breakfast buffet was impressive, with a wide variety of options to choose from.
The hotel could use some renovations as it looked a bit dated. Additionally, the staff seemed uninformed about parking options and were not very helpful or friendly when we asked for assistance.
